R53 Owners Trip to Lincolnshire

This weekend, I was invited into the great british countryside to visit the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre. The R53 Owners club were having a day out there to show support to those who fought in the war.

There are many different things to see at the museum varying from World War aircraft to the bombs that were used in air raids in the war. It truly is fascinating.

The R53 Owners club had an awsome turnout of cars varying from Classics to Modern day minis, what’s more is the weather was great too. Everyone was chatting and showing off their pride and joys, as was myself.

Following on from the R53 show, we all took a drive down into Skegness to the sea front to finish off the day. We visited the arcades, grabbed some ice cream and finished off with a fish and chips from the Trawlers Catch.

Overall it was a fantastic day and was very well organised by the owner of the R53 Owners club.
